Hello, I would like to inform you that recently I faced a case of Forgery from an online shopping site called www.askmebazaar.com regarding a purchase of an electronic gadget called POWER BANK, of MI brand with 16000 Mah strength.Date Of Purchase was last week of March with Order ID:AB1714643 and I paid Rs.749.After the delivery I found that the product was a used one and was also faulty. So I requested a return and a Refund on 03.04.2015.I provided all my Bank Account details for NEFT as they asked for.They gave me a Refund Request Reference Number (QRC262313)and said that it will take a maximum of 10-12 working days to complete the whole process of refund.From then onwards I had been contacting them constantly regarding this and till date I didn't get my refund.More over I found out from the net that this is not the first time this is happening with me,they have done this with others also and now I fear that they will steal my money. Therefore I need your assistance.
