Consumer Redressal

This is in reference to my order # 6484 on www.shoppingnsaving.com, Yesterday I got a call from a person with mobile number 7090701025 has cheated to me. He had told me that there is a heavy discount on certain electronic which I can avail till 8 pm on 13.05.15 only and I can buy any items till 90% discounts. I have placed 3 ordered last night around 7:15 pm. And he said to me that if I pay fast shipping charges then I can get my purchased items within 24 hours. So I paid extra Rs. 100 but I didn't get any courier message till the time then I called Mr. Ajit Kumar from www.shoppingnsaving.com to know the status of my purchased items. He just surprised me while saying that this is a contest and if i shortlisted in this then only i'll be able to get my items by end of this month. This is totally ridicules. Their executives are lying to customers and this is called fraud. They are directly cheating the customers and this shouldn't be acceptable or tolerated. Plz help me out...
