Sir, I had purchase one mobile set ZYNC made through Yebhi.com ( online shopping ) vide their invoice no - 3354390 dated 11.03.2013.But the set is not working since from the first day. I contacted the yebhi.com but they refused to attend me and advised to contact at the service centre of the company. I contacted the service centre f ZYNC mobile and they deposited my set for repair on 25.04.2013 vide their Job Card No RVSRN1304KRM00047 at ramesh Nagar,New Delhi. Since then neither the mobile is got repaired nor I received any message from the service centre. But I contacted the service centre as well as the company customer care centre for several times, but did not get any satisfactory reply except folly excuses. Now it is almost one month over and i like to submit my complaint with you for helping me either to get my set back or refund of the same as I belong to middle class family and such huge amounts must matter for the middle family. Please help me. Regards.
