Consumer Redressal

Respected Sir/Madam I have an Aircel prepaid connection and its number is 7278390840. Sir/Madam, on 12th of May 2015 in the evening i got a message from the company that i have been charged rs. 30 from my main A/c balance stating that some Value Added Service have been activated. But to my full conscious mind I have not pressed any button or clicked any link that might have came up with such activation of this typpe of services in my number. I contacted the concerned authority's Customer care centre twice and they could not help me and even denied my request to take a complain. so i am requesting the concerned authorities nd i am lodging a complaint against Aircel for activating video chat service without prior knowledge and conscience. please help me in this matter and i will look forward to hear from the Consumer Redressal Forum. thank you Rohan Chatterjee Kolkata
