Consumer Redressal

Dear sir/madam, I purchased a xolo mobile set (xolo Q900) on feb-2014, after working for mere two weeks it malfunctioned and i have to submit it in the xolo care centre. On sep-2014 i got another set on replacement with IMEI no.911331300265599, it worked for couple of month only and from dec-2014 its camera started showing error and from jan- 2015 cell begin to hang and ultimately it stopped working from feb-2015. i have to submit replaced set too in the xolo care centre (Multitech services) located in the address 82/104/2, Guru Govind Singh marg, F, Lucknow-226001 on 17.04.2015 with work order no. 310001298685. I received a msg from xolo centre (AM-LAVAMO) on 02.05.2015 that my cell is being repaired and i should collect it from the service centre. I visited the service centre on 08.05.2015 to collect my cell, but got in reply that my cell has not been repaired and i should wait further.
