We are having about 30 nos of Aqua Guard purifier industrial and Domestic in our project . In addition we purchased 5 nos 120 PSS water cooler cum purifier in last one year.The servicing is in this area is extremely poor. For last six months one of compressor of 120 PSS is under B/D/. I have lodged complain in Kolkata with docket no at least 12 times with the personal follow up with Sri Arijit Roy ., service representative of Durgapur division. But no fruitful action is received due to which vital area in our canteen the only purifier is out of order for last six months. We demand that your company should confess taht you are not in a position to give service at our area and on this matter we will take suitable action against such irresponsible franchisee.
