Consumer Redressal

Dear sir, my self gopa ghosh i used to work serco pvt.ltd employee id 121427 joining date 15/11/2011.i left comany last year i am trying for providnt fund since last 3 monnth.but i am not getting proper guidence from hr department as per the hr they have sent my pf and cancel chque to the mumbai pf office and it will be done withing 6 month. now my question if there is a pf office in our salt lake korunamoyee then why they are sending my pf form to mumbai office.i used to work in ikf company also they have clear my pf ammount withing 40 days then why the serco company is not helping me to get my pf.sir give me some idea about pf submission.what is the pirod to get the pf ammount.please send me some details in my email so that i can get my pf ammount as soon as it is poosible.(gopalghosh23@gmail.com)
