Dear sir/madam,
I initiated the Leh holiday package booking by "Yatra.com"( Booking ID-YH1757143 on 11 may 2015 at 12.14 P.M by transfer of Rs 10000(Rs. ten thousand).Due to some unavoidable work I informed Mr puneet (CONCERNED BOOKING PERSON) on phone to hold the booking at 1.30 P.M means just after one hour. He told me to mail on operationholidays. I mailed cancellation on same date at 4.43 P.M. till than there was no booking confirmation as such. But i got mail that my Rs. 10000 are forfeited as cancellation charges.On repeated request Yatra.com says that your 10000 Rs are forfeited as cancellation charges & it is not possible to refund.
