I had purchased a Kent RO Water Purifier from Aparna Appliances of 136 Thana Road, B.T.Road, Kolkata 700116 in 2013. Ever since i had brought the machine it gives touble almost 2 times a month. After complaining the company's technician do visit after repeated follow ups. It appears that Kent RO water purifier is not upto he mark. Kindly look into it.
