I had booked 2.5 BHK flat on Jan 2013.in Adani Shantigram on SG road Ahmedabad in a subvention scheme 20:80.
The flat was to be handed over in Jan 2015, but now developer is saying that the possesssion will be in the month of Oct.2015.
The PEMI interest till Jan 2015 was paid by the developers , and then after they have stopped paying the PEMi. Bank has send me the reminder notice twice for the PEMI payment.
I am ready to pay the EMI but not the PEMI as it will be the extra burden on me in totallity. Please advise me for the correct action to be taken on it.
