i have purchased a salwaar suit from the website named shopclues.com, which was different from the product as shown on the website. i have complained the company about the product and requested them for the refund.
initially the company asked me to provide the details for return,
then asked to provide the images of the product,
after that asked me to providethe images of the delivered product.
i have provided all the details as asked by them.
but, they are not responding me against the same.
when i am calling on customer care, they are putting the call on hold for about 20-25 minutes daily.
