I was confirmed by Mrs Sweta 07033745202 to swith from vodofone prepaid plan to airtel post paid plan where balance of net as well as talktime will be carried forward and a deposit of Rs.300/- made by me will be adjusted in forth month but when I wanted to switch to prepaid plan of airtel no deposit was adjusted nor any balance transfered in my mobile. Receipt of the deposit stating so is with me and can be forwarded any time.
