Dear Sir,
I purchased a sofa set with centre table from Satyam Plywood and Furnitures, Site IV, Greater Noida on 2nd may 2015. Mr. Rohit was the person who dealt with me. I paid the full price 28376 from credit card. When we received the products at our residence, we observed some crack at the corner of the centre table. When requested, Mr. Rohit came and got some material filled in it. It looked very ugly.When requested again, he said it has to be repaired with a machine. and from that day, he is not listening to me. He is cancelling my calls.On calling from other phone numbers, he makes some excuses. Kindly tell me how to get my grievance addressed.
Please help
