Reference - Bill No.824043122 dated 03.05.2014, Due date: 21.05.2015, Mobile No. 9163300610, Bill Amount Rs.2,964.96, Service provider - Airtel It has charged Rs. 2,500/- for mobile internet charges of 336 MB. I have deactivated the internet connection on 05.05.2015 after getting this bill, and after knowing that there is internet connection in my Mobile No. 9163300610. They have replied that as there was no data pack active, it has been charged so much huge amount. They offer that 2GB data at a price of Rs. 249.00 for 2G connections. I have no knowledge of net connection in this SIM card and accordingly I never think to activate any data pack. I think it is totally injustice and illogical by charging Rs.2,500/- for only 336 MB while they are offering 2GB free usage at Rs. 249.00. In this situation I am praying for Justice to Your Honour in my mobile without my consent and without informing me, and Charging huge amount whereas usage is much lower than the minimum data pack offer.
