Consumer Redressal

I am being cheated here for policy number 14556428 (ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd.). One of the executive (from ICICI) approached me and persuaded me to invest me in the policy. He explained me all the benefits of the policy but never explained me about the charges and taxes levied on investing in the policy. I agreed to invest Rs 1 Lac in this scheme and he also said that you will have an investment of 1 lakh but when I saw the policy and became aware about it I saw that my investment is not 1 lakh icici have deducted a big amount of charges and not invested my entire 1 Lakh rupees. The sales person should have much transparently informed me about the huge charges. I am cheated here. So I have decided to cancel my policy. back along with the interest till date as per the market rate. If I would have known the fact about the charges of investment I would have never invested in this type of scheme. I have also complained on customer service number with ref # 58097325.
