Dear Sir/ Madam,
I, ASIM KUMAR HAIT, was employed with M/s Gammon India Ltd since 03.06.13 and my PF A/C No. with M/s Gammon India Ltd is MH/20898/2495.
Currently, I am employed with M/s Afcons Infrastructure Ltd from 28.11.14 and PF A/C No. with M/s Afcons Infrastructure Ltd is MH/4803/8245.
I have placed an ONLINE TRANSFER CLAIM for transferring the PF amount held with M/s Gammon India Ltd to my current PF A/C held with my present employer on dated 05.03.15 and I have sent the Printable Form 13 to my Present Establishment.
The claim form is approved by my Present Employer on dated 10.03.15, but the same is still pending with my Previous Employer.
I therefore request you to take necessary action to get the PF A/C transferred and merged to my present PF A/C.
