I had ordered 3 items from Snapdeal at total cost of RS 7000 to avail 10% cashback scheme for purchase above Rs 6000.One of the items i ordered was delivered in defective state.I asked for replacement of that item.Snapdeal replied that the item was out of stock and refund will be made for the given item.As the total purchase fell below Rs 6000, the !0% cashback was not given to me.I was however surprised to find out later that the above item was available the whole time.When i called the customer care they were insensitive to my plight.In short Snapdeal cheated me of more than RS 550 for no fault of my own.The order id is 5892884282.
