Consumer Redressal

In the month of Feb 15 Reliance GSM sold me a fraud post paid plan through M/s Ray Service (Authorised Reliance GSM Agency) An on line complaint (2300404727) was registeted .The first bill was Rs.1388.00 and the same was reported to M/s Ray service, he told me that that wrong plan was activated on my number erroneously and will be settled soon. further he adviced me to not pay bill till settlement. I received continuous calls from Reliance for payment however bill was in process of settlement,So I have paid all dues of my account i.e Rs. 1850.00 on 21 Apr 15 & given SR (2324766257) to cancel the account. The both SR are still pending and I have not recieved final bill from Reliance as my security deposite is also pending. Further the company has charged the penality for late payment of bills where as the same was in esclation. Now the company is not responding to my e-mails. As final setlement of my account and payment of security deposite is still pending with reliance GSM.
