Kindly clarify on the basis of what you have closed the complain# QRC233163,
Till date i have not received my refund back and you have closed the complain .As per your commitment it was told money will be refunded in one week but till date i have not received my money back.
Kindly clarify why you are cheating with customer.
And now when i have called up again on your support# then Miss Pragaya has issued a new complain# qrc329716,So why you have closed previous complain without any confirmation,If you are not going to return my money back within two day's i will file a complain to consumer form as this company is cheater company
