i had ordered 2 powerbanks from ask me.com and payment was done via CC however they sended COD parcel. as i was not present my sis took product assuming it is cash on del.We have paid twice.Thats biggest mistake they have done how can they be so ignorant. i have lodged compolaint thrice no action taken
