Consumer Redressal

Hi,I'm Geet Anand,I worked with Snapdeal online shopping, 4m July 2013 till March 2014. I had tkn medical leaves in d month of March, but Dr. Recommend 4 bed rest only,So I submitted my resignation from co. Email id to HR, TL & My manager on 4th April 2014 around 4.30pm.Paper work gone pending bcoz tht time HR was busy.They asked 4 next metting on 8th April.I was not able to go 4 the same.As I was sick. Then my official email id " geet.anand@snapdeal.com " had closed & I dont have single proof that I sent mail to them. And unfortunately my personal mail id had hacked. So, I lost everything. Then in d month of Nov I received a Letter regarding Recovery Amount. Frm that day till today their is no positive response frm the co. HR says talk to concern person & concern person never came on phn. And HR is asking 4 the recovery amount to get my Pending papers. Its really strange that everytime I need to write a new mail to them.But same reply contact the concern person. Pls do d needful
