Consumer Redressal

Sir, I bought a "Samsung power bank" from askmebazaar.com n made the payment on 13/May/2015- Order no: AB2238424, and now am afraid that the product will be a fake one after, checking tons of complaints against' "askmebazaar.com" ans also, i was told that the product will be delivered to me on 23rd May/2015 to the max... Till date I didn't get the product nor got the status of my product.. They told me their customer executive would call me to settle my issue with the product delivery.. N till date I didn't get any intimation from them, all I got was some vague info about my product, that it will be delivered within 2 days... N they goes on repeating the same word again n again... Sir, I would be thankful, if you could consider this complaint and do the needful. And protect the customers from such robbery in broad day-light. Regards Ajay Dev
