Consumer Redressal

Just after two months, my One plus started showing its defects and I had to submit my phone to the customer care "so called gallery" of one plus, them promising me to "repair" the defect within next 15 days. It has been 1 month and no proper response from their side, they say the parts were not available& we will check the reason for the delay! They say warranty for 1 year, when asked for service, they keep for 1 month! Which kind of warranty is this? When asked for Replacement, they say Sir it is not in India, whereas "it is not also repairable in India". The consumer service of one Plus is just pathetic. While purchasing the device from the famous e-commerce website "AMAZON", I was told that the phone has a replaceable warranty, but Now I have a big question does it have a repairable warranty? I had to argued with my parents, did everything to gather money to buy the one plus and now I have realized the mistake and m paying for my mistake.
