Consumer Redressal

This is 4th time when Airtel is deducting my balance without my request. I have not request any pack. Ist time on Aug 4, 2014, 2nd time on Mar 10, 2015 and third time on Apr 6, 2015 . Whenever I approached to customer care 121/198, they are not ready to listen me and adhered that I have requested such pack due to which Airtel deducted. I have requested Airtel many times to stop all packs (if any) but they activated automatically just to make money. How many people approached to Appellate? They are making huge money with such type of small deductions. I request to you, please take strong action against such Service provider those are making money with such bad tactics.
