Hello, The problem I am facing is with paytm.com. I did a bill payment through paytm.com but they did not deposit the amount to Airtel. I made the payment on 4th and 5th May to my Airtel LandLine number 080-41748086 with Rs 250 and Rs 10. Both the transactions are showing successful but Airtel did NOT receive any amount. I checked with Airtel many times but they confirmed that they did NOT receive any amount. Until or unless Airtel confirm me about receiving the amount paytm can NOT say the transaction is successful. That amount is still NOT being paid to Airtel. Giving all the details below.The below two transactions were NOT paid to Airtel.
