Consumer Redressal

Sir, I have purchased a samsung plasma in the month of january this year since the date of purchase this product have technical issues. Company engineer has changed its pannel but problem remained unsolved now i want this product replaced or my money back but from last three months company is just making me fool by giving stupid reasons now i want consumer court take some action against samsung for selling defective product and to create problems to the consumer.
