Consumer Redressal

I booked gas cylinder of Indane on 14th March 2015. Cylinder was delivered on 27th March 2015. When I enquired with gas toll free number they said subsidy amount (207.60/-) has been credited to my Canara bank account on 2nd April 2015. But till now we did not receive subsidy amount.
