My account recharge with Rs.2640 with Dhamaal mix on date April30. Its 12month pack(11+1=12).
My account was deactivated on 30april2015 and after technical visit gets active on 2May2015.
1.Why technical visit required for active the account when deactivated online? Charged Rs.170 to the customer.
2.Why amount reduced from my account when my account was deactive.Rs.36 charged.
I need my amount back, please help.
