I am Krishanu Bose have a Aquaguard(NG). Every year I contracted with eureka forbes servicing my aquaguard. Now I contracted with you for 3 years vide Contract Receipt No. 23789670. Very recently I am seeing that your service engineer Mr Sanjay Dutta neglected his job. I called to over phone for servicing my water purifier but he is bypassing his job with different issues with every moment. Kindly take necessary action against eureka forbes
