Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is in regard with an Online order of Power Bank, which I had ordered on 9th Apr 2015 from www.Whaaky.com
My order no. being S80799014.
From the 1st day itself the website is showing my order status as PREPARING TO SHIP. It's almost a month now since I ordered this Power Bank and still no updates has occurred the Order Status remains to be PREPARING TO SHIP.
Moreover when i tried calling their help line, i.e, on 040-66228282, nobody picked my call.
Request you to kindly suggest and take action against the same.
