Consumer Redressal

i want to complaint against PEPSI.This month i found dust particals in 2 diffrent pepsi bottles.i have complaint to the distributer about this.they said they will change the bottle but they didnt.today one of my customer again complaint regarding dust in a Pepsi bottle.i want some reply fro pepsi,as i lost that customer plus the crowd that was present at that moment they were also arguing about this.i want a proper answer from pepsi for this.i want to legally complaint against them.I am expecting a reply for this complaint.
