I had purchased a Vacuum Cleaner from M/s. Eureka Forbes in Sept'14 with free Service warranty for life of the equipment and standard Guarantee for one year with free replacement of equipment or defective parts. The Equipment had developed fault about a months time back and several complaint had been lodged over SMS and also through site by registering the MOB no. After the SMS two calls came inquiring about the fault and promise to send the technician. Till date no one reported and the equipment is still kept aside without using it as further use may result in more damage.
