Iv been using ideaa service since 3 years and this time I faced a problem with over billing I made a complaint. For the same but no response was there , now wn my outgoing was barred I stopped using it , its been 2 months now I dinused it now recovery team is calling every person at my phone call records and asking them to ask me to pay after all this I told them ok ill pay by 2pm today as they were pushing so much pressure on me I agreed topay by that time
Now , as I got stuck somewhere they called them again nd again which makes there life hell , its a mental torture kindly help
