Sir I have purchase a aear Laptop from E-World Model Number: ASCIREE5/511NX Purchae date 22/12/2015
Sir when i have purchase this laptop that time Sales person give us 2 year Service warranty but when last month our Ms office wast removed then i have informed to E-world for re-install this software then they have ignored his 2year service comitment & they ask us to pay extra amt of Rs. 2500 for re-install this software, when i have requested him for install this software without any charge becasue this laptom is in 2 year gurranty they they have given insttuction to his staff to gate out to me, sir i am feeling very uncomfortable for this behave.
sir advice us what we have to do for this cheating.
