I have two more MTS nos for my family. No 08926706951 was suddenly blocked by MTS server. On advise from Customer care I again recharged Rs 50/- . But the service is not restored after 25 days also. Although at least 30 times the customer executive commits to restore the service within 24 hours.In another No - 09153274314 charges for different services are being deducted many times on their own choice.This is awesome to tolerate such fraud attitude. Pl take action immediately. Otherwise I shall have to go to Telecom Ministry.Because such audicity and courage on customer have started from last year.
