Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir , I am going to hereby inform you that Telecommunication Company AIRCEL deducts balance many times without any reason . If there are no cause like : Value Added Service , caller tunes etc they cut many Rupees from main account balance . After that when we call to Customer Care then they cuts our phone or show many baseless reason of deducting money . This a horror problem of common people this era . But they don't know how to complain to Consumer Forum . I am from those common people who want to raise voice against this criminality . Please have a look on this little reason of common Indian Customers . I have attached a voice clip for proof , it is a Bengali Conversation . Thank You .
