Hi Sir,
My complaint is against snapdeal vide order no. 5835316887 on 16-04-2015 for Rs. 13734/-. they delivered me the wrong product. i request for return the product and refund me the money. But they send another product which i refused to accept i already asked for refund. they confirm me they will refund the amount in 4 working days. now after 8 days i am following on a daily basis, no refund granted to me. they just saying we are forwarding the complaint.
but there is no reply to me.
Kindly look into the matter seriously as this is hard earned money and laying idle.
it just like a harrassement to customer.
i want my money back & also compensation for harrassement as well.
