Consumer Redressal

Mr. Anand from Redington on behalf Toshiba Laptop, came & replaced mother board. The feedback is that the issue has not been resolved and over-heating issue is persisting and the system getting off intermittently. Also, I am not able to concentrate on my work and lot of work due to non-availability of laptop. Though it is confirmed orally, that they will replace laptop not done despite repeated reminders.
