Consumer Redressal

I am a customer of DISH TV since 2012. i am paying subscription regularly. We complained at their customer care to restore the services since we could not watch picture. Instead of restoring the services, they are demanding extra money on the pretext of sending a technician. I sent an email to srabani deb, nodal officer of west bengal.
