Consumer Redressal

Hello Sir/ Madam My order no. S80779633 date: 19/03/2015 from whaaky.com, 5 formal shirt (Koutons) I received product on 30/3/15 via Gojavas courier and i paid money. When i opened courier that is different product which i didnot ordered. So i try to contact whaaky via phone. No one ever answered my call. So i emailed it everyday. They replied my email on 1st April, 2015. Give us snapshot of product you received so i sent them mail.They reply me back that sent us product back we will replace you. I emailed them i want my money back not replacement. So i sent product with my own money (Rs. 220) on 6 Apr, 2015 and i emailed them receipt. Courier they received around 10 apr i just checked with aramax. I emailed them a lot. till data i have not got any email about shipment of product yet. So i want total refund rs. 1469 (Rs. 1249 for product + 220 rs) I have last resort that to complaint against him in consumer court. Please sir give me justice. Regards, Krunal Pipaliya
