I purchased a Karbon mobile. IMEI 911361250725284 from M/S MSG Stores on 21/03/2015. The mobile started to hang and automatically get restarted from the next day. I went to the shop and shared the issue with them. They asked me to scan my memory card which I did, still the problem persisted and they asked me to go to service center. Service center informed me, they will take a long time to resolve the issue. The shop never even exchanged the product.
