Consumer Redressal

I have make a fixed deposit on June 2011 of Rs 2500/- for 3 years tenure at Life Care Agro Project pvt. Ltd. Address Bazarpara Road, Uluberia, Howrah, Kolkata - 711315 Land Mark: Near Uluberia Railway Station. They promised me they would give double the money after 3 years which was completed on june 2014. After completion period they have issued a Post dated cheque on October 2014 of Rs 5000 of SBI in favor of Ms.Kamalika Das on January 2015(Cheque No.-700002243). But After droping the cheque at SBI Potary Rd. Branch the cheque was bounced due to insufficient funds of that company. After that incident I contacted them over phone but they neither response nor cooperate to me regarding this matter. So please help me about this matter & guide me to recover the money.
