I had submitted the relevant forms at my bank as well as the Gas agency for enrolling in the DBTL Scheme(PAHAL) with my bank account no. as I don't have an Adhaar Card. My Consumer No. is 28712 & am presently under the distributor, Sonarpur Gas Service(South 24 Parganas, West Bengal).I had submitted the forms in November, 2014, still my bank account has not been linked with the 17 digit Lpg Id and am being forced to buy gas at the market price without receiving any subsidy. I approached the gas agency several times, but they don't have a proper answer and they are saying now they don't know what to do but we will not get any subsidy amount.
