Consumer Redressal

Dear sir, i am currently working in a company based on gurgaon since one year. 1 week back i got an offer from accenture and to join the new company i have one month time. the issue is my current company hr said that either you serve three months notice period or you have to pay for the same. whereas the contact that i have signed said the following quoated line: "All employees irrespective of rank and status(probation or confirmed) are bound to give one month's working notic. This overrules anything to the contrary said in your offer, and appointment letter etc." where the employement handbook says that you have to confirmed employee need to serve 3 months notice. so please guide me what should i do in this case. should i pay or not and if yes then how much i need to pay because no where is written that if employee fail to server notice period, how much he/she need to pay. hoping your positive response. thanks
