Dear Sir,
I worked with Indo Rama Synthetics (I) Ltd. In Corporate Office, New Delhi. I had left the company on 28/02/2006. In July. 2014, I had submitted my PF application form along with a cancelled cheque and my pan card xerox to Mr. Amit HR Dept in above organization & my PF A/c Number is MH /7414/4250.I
They inturn submitted the pf form for withdrawal 8 months back & it had been sent to the pf office also from my employer side 1 month back But still i don't have receiver any status for the same.Kindly look into this matter & provide me the status of pf form.
My wife is suffering Chronic Kidney Disease and is on Dialysis. Monthly expenditure of this cost around 40,000/- to 50,000/- . (Weekly 2 dialysis is compulsory).
Now I would request you to kindly look into this matter & provide me the status
