Consumer Redressal

I have purchased a A106 model from The Mobile Store Elgin Road on 22/06/2014.After few days of using that my mobile has got some software problem.I went to Customer care/service center on 23/03/2015 and hand over the mobile to them.They said that they will update me within a week.My Complain number is E030410-0315-15671385. around two weeks back when i made a call to them then they replied that i will get this very soon as it was already dispatched from Delhi by courier as they are changing the complete Mobile.Yesterday also I went to their service center for quay but same word repeatedly said to me.It is almost 1 and half month is over but still i don't know when will I receive it. Please do something favor for me so that I will get it as soon as possible.
