Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, We would like to file a case against Ansa Techno Maschines which has defrauded us i.e. Green Fusion. We had placed orders for machinery worth 23 Lacs with Ansa and on their begging for funds had extended an advance payment of almost 18 lacs in the year 2013 July. They however failed to provide the machineries even after 9 months of placement of orders and taking the advance. Whatever little they delivered were either malfunctioning or non operational. Their orders were therefore cancelled in March 2014. In order to settle the matter we allowed them to invoice even the non functional equipment that they had delivered. Post invoicing they held nearly 10 lac in advance which they were to return but citing financial constraints and making vague excuses they have failed to do so for more than a year now after innumerable reminders. Thank You
