Deficiency in service: We have been calling all the contact numbers stated on the memo and also trying to reach them on the land line number provided by them. These people do not take calls. Even if they pick the phone, they assure that they will be coming in the next 24 hours, but no one turns up. This is happening from the past 20 days.
