Consumer Redressal

I had purchased one earphone of Apple from ask Me bazaar in Feb 2015 for which I paid 240 but they provided me one local earphone not worth more than Rs20-40.I had complained of it and called them 3-4 times but they still have not refunded the amount and keep the phone on hold for more than 20 minutes so that I will get irritated and not call them.Theyare just cheating the poor consumers and this kind of sites should be punished severely. My purchase id is AB1265369. I have returned the said product and it has been more than 3 weeks but still they have not paid my money back.Ask me bazaar keeps on extending the date by which they have to pay money so that they can fund their projects.It is against the interests of consumers and these kind of companies should be strictly banned
