Dear Sir/Madam, I and my husband had been to creations boutique on 15th april 2015. I gave 12 clothes (5 sarees - zigzag & falls,5 blouse and 2 salwar for stitching. Creations Boutique lady asked me to come on 27th April 2015 for which i had accepted. Meantime i called her mobile two times on 24th April 2015 to remind her and ask her to give my belongings on 27th April.On the day of 27th April i called her again to check whether my clothes are ready.she asked me to come in the evening at 7PM and I said ok. Then Creations Boutique lady called me around 6.25PM on 27th April and asked me to come on 28th April 2015. Since 28th April 2015 is my wedding anniversary,i was supposed to wear one among those sarees which i had given for stitching. still I requested her patiently that since its my wedding anniversary, I needed that saree at any cost over the phone. Then the lady asked me to come around 8PM and i asked how long your shop will be opened, lady answered till 8.30 PM. as per the
